3. Booking and Payments
- All prices listed on the Site are in USD, and payments must be made in the specified currency unless otherwise stated.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to you.
- Payment for services can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods as specified on the Site.
- Delivery Time: Upon completing a booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, containing all the relevant details of your travel arrangements (e.g., tickets, reservations). If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at info@yayatravelagency.com.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed in your booking confirmation email.
- Different services (such as flights, hotels, and tour packages) may have varying cancellation policies depending on the third-party providers involved (e.g., airlines, hotels).

4.2. Refunds
- Flight Bookings: Refunds for canceled flights are subject to the refund policies of the respective airlines. YAYA Travel Agency may charge an administrative fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Hotel Reservations: Refunds for hotel bookings depend on the hotel’s own cancellation and refund policies. Please review these terms in your booking confirmation.
- Tour Packages: Refunds for tour packages will follow the terms and conditions specified by the tour operators, which may vary.
- Administrative Fees: YAYA Travel Agency reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fees from third-party suppliers.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation approval.
5. User Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.

- YAYA Travel Agency is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or errors caused by third-party providers, including airlines and hotels.
8. Delivery of Services
- Electronic Tickets and Reservations: All tickets, vouchers, and reservations will be sent to you via email. Delivery of these services typically occurs within 24 hours of the booking being confirmed. If there are any delays, you will be notified promptly.
- Physical Documents: If applicable, physical travel documents will be delivered within 48hrs after booking confirmation. You will be informed of any delivery charges and expected delivery times during the booking process.
9. Changes to Terms
YAYA Travel Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Intellectual Property
